Meeting registration administration

Administrative support for business meetings and professional gatherings: defined scopes, agreed in writing, invoiced as our own professional service fees.

Participation documentation completion and review

We complete the meeting participation and registration documentation you provide, check it for missing or inconsistent entries, and return a clean copy for your approval before anything is finalised.

  • Data entry from your supplied details
  • Completeness and consistency checks
  • Client approval step before submission

Registration records and document preparation

We keep your registration details current and prepare, format, proof-check and collate the supporting paperwork, so a complete and consistent set is ready when it is needed.

  • Formatting to a consistent house standard
  • Checklists and document indexes
  • Digital copies supplied for your records

Team and corporate coordination

A single administrative point of contact for teams attending the same business meeting: consolidated detail collection, uniform information across every document set, and one clear reporting trail.

  • Consolidated participant information sheets
  • Consistency checking across multiple records
  • Progress summaries for the responsible manager

Submission coordination and follow-up

On your written instructions we coordinate submission of your completed documentation, track confirmations, clarify administrative requirements and record every response.

  • Acting only within written instructions
  • Dated log of correspondence sent and received
  • Escalation back to you for any decision

Retained office support

Reserved administrative capacity for organisations with recurring meeting documentation, with agreed monthly hours, response standards and reporting. Short-deadline work is accepted only where capacity allows, at a priority fee agreed in writing first.

  • Agreed monthly hours and response times
  • Documented working procedures
  • Monthly activity statement

Scope boundaries

What we do not do

Being explicit about our limits protects our clients as much as it protects us. We do not:

  • supply anything other than our own professional administrative and office support time;
  • act as an agent or intermediary between other parties;
  • collect, hold or transmit money belonging to anyone other than ourselves;
  • take instructions that fall outside administrative and document work;
  • provide legal, immigration, financial, tax or regulated professional advice;
  • guarantee any outcome, decision or acceptance by any third party or authority.

Engagement

How work is agreed

There is no checkout, cart or instant purchase on this website, and no service is bought online. Instead:

  1. You submit an enquiry describing the administrative support you need.
  2. We assess it and confirm whether it falls within our remit.
  3. We agree the scope, timescales and our professional fee with you by email, or discuss it by telephone and confirm it in writing.
  4. Work begins only once that written confirmation is in place.
  5. An invoice for our own service fees may then be issued, in line with Payments & Fees.

Fees are quoted individually. They depend on the volume and complexity of the administrative work, not on anything provided by a third party.

Describe your requirement

Send us the details and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right practice for the work.
